Wave 2 is coming today. I started putting in the FA offers too close to the Pre-Season. So I simmed about half way through the pre-season and now know that the guys have all signed (if they haven't its probably cuz theydon't wanna sign ..lol). So today Wave 2 is coming out. It will be until Tommorrow at noon. The list will be posted shortly

Last time I had that problem I had to make a trade where I had to shed some cap
